Unamuertemás se suma al mundo grupero Tomás Tovar Rascón, conocido como Tito "Torbellino", fue asesinado a balazos el jueves (29 de mayo) en la tarde en Ciudad Obregón, Sonora.
Según varios medios locales informan que el reporte de la policía estatal, indica que el cantante de corridos estaba comiendo en el restaurante "Red" de Ciudad Obregón, al norte de México, cuando a las PM, hora local, dos personas aún no identificadas, entraron al lugar. Uno de ellos le disparó colocado muy cerca suyo en repetidas ocasiones ocasionándole la muerte.
Tito "Torbellino" tenía 27 años y era originario de Phoenix, Arizona y se encontraba en México pues debía cantar al día siguiente en la Expo de Obregón
Según el sitio La Policíaca, se desconoce que el joven grupero haya recibido algún tipo de amenaza. Sin embargo, el show de Telemundo "Un Nuevo Día" asegura que varios conocidos de Tito les confiaron que el cantante vivía bajo fuertes amenazas sin aclarar de dónde venían o de parte de quién.
